Olivia Svrchek is a Nurse Practitioner, Chief Nursing Executive, and serial founder who has spent 15 years building at the intersection of clinical care, health technology, and workforce innovation.

She currently serves as Chief Nursing Executive at Prenuvo, a venture-backed whole-body MRI company at the forefront of longevity and preventive health. She oversees US and Canada nurse teams and consultation operations across 22+ clinics. She also represents Prenuvo as a speaker at longevity and preventive-health conferences including LiveLong.

In 2023, she founded ShadowNurse - a company with three pillars: remote care navigation, Medicare services, and a 501(c)(3) community arm. ShadowNurse convenes a 25,000+ nurse network around digital health, AI integration, remote care delivery, and leadership. She hosted a national virtual nursing conference featuring speakers from IBM and Doctor on Demand.

Previously, she served as Clinical Director and sole Nurse Practitioner at GameDay Men's Health, where she launched a concierge men's health clinic from zero to $40K in monthly recurring revenue in six months, surpassing 200 national franchises in patient acquisition and increasing patient satisfaction scores by 30%.

Olivia's clinical foundation was built in oncology. She began on the Bone Marrow Transplant unit at Strong Memorial Hospital, University of Rochester Medical Center in Rochester, then worked as an oncology infusion nurse - administering chemotherapy and biologic therapies - across three NCI-designated cancer centers: Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, the Herbert Irving Comprehensive Cancer Center at Columbia, and NewYork-Presbyterian. She went on to run oncology clinical trials at Mount Sinai Health System, growing the portfolio from 5 to 20 in one year, before joining a Silicon Valley oncology startup (Driver, Inc.) as its first nurse hire, scaling the remote clinical team from 2 to 12 in under two months. She then spent five years at 23andMe as Medical Affairs Manager, integrating telemedicine services for 30+ nurse practitioners and co-authoring evidence standards for consumer health technology.

She holds degrees from Johns Hopkins University (BSN), Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai (MS, Healthcare Delivery Leadership), Samuel Merritt University (MSN, Family Nurse Practitioner), and Rochester Institute of Technology (BS, Biomedical Sciences, Cum Laude - recipient of the Computational Medal). She has taught at Yale University's Summer Immersion Program in Health Sciences. She is a multi-state licensed Nurse Practitioner and a published researcher in Nursing Outlook and indexed in PubMed. She conducted original genomics research on NAT2 polymorphisms and sensorineural hearing loss at RIT.
