Olivia Svrchek
Chief Nursing Executive at Prenuvo - the whole-body MRI company at the forefront of longevity and preventive health. I build and scale the clinical teams behind modern healthcare - the human layer where health technology and AI meet real patient care. Founder of ShadowNurse, a care navigation company and 501(c)(3) non-profit.
To create a world where people feel limitless in what's possible and empowered to build beautiful, flourishing lives.
What I Do Now
Building at the intersection of clinical care, health technology, and longevity across three ventures.
Prenuvo

ShadowNurse
Remote care navigation, Medicare services, and a 501(c)(3) community arm. ShadowNurse convenes a 25,000+ nurse network around digital health, AI literacy, and remote-first care. National virtual nursing conference with speakers from IBM and Doctor on Demand.
SVK Ventures

Where I've Been

Launched a concierge men's health clinic from zero to $40K MRR in 6 months. Surpassed 200 national franchises in patient acquisition. Patient satisfaction up 30%.
Stanford Health Care
Bone Marrow Transplant & Cellular Therapy Unit. 70 nurses, 8 technicians. Raised Teams adoption from 20% to 65% in two months.
23andMe
Integrated Lemonaid Health telemedicine for 30+ NPs. Co-authored evidence standards. Outstanding Capstone Award. Five years across product and clinical.
Driver, Inc.
Silicon Valley oncology startup. First nurse hired. Scaled the remote clinical team from 2 to 12 in under two months. Built the playbook for clinical hiring.
Mount Sinai Health System
Oncology clinical trials portfolio. Grew from 5 active trials to 20 in one year. Authored SOPs and coordinated across principal investigators, sponsors, and the IRB.
American health care is short on nurses and long on need. The United States faces a projected registered-nurse shortage of roughly 8% by 2028 (Health Resources and Services Administration, 2024), even as more than one million nurses approach retirement (American Association of Colleges of Nursing, 2024) and 43 million people live in rural communities without adequate primary care (Commonwealth Fund, 2025). My work lives at the seam of that problem: remote clinical teams that extend real care to where it's hardest to reach, technology and AI that support clinicians instead of replacing them, and careers that keep nurses in the workforce rather than burning them out. The future of medicine has to be preventive, distributed, and more human - because the status quo is already failing the people who need care most.

Olivia Svrchek is a Nurse Practitioner, Chief Nursing Executive, and serial founder who has spent 15 years building at the intersection of clinical care, health technology, and workforce innovation.
She currently serves as Chief Nursing Executive at Prenuvo, a venture-backed whole-body MRI company at the forefront of longevity and preventive health. She oversees US and Canada nurse teams and consultation operations across 22+ clinics.
In 2023, she founded ShadowNurse - remote care navigation, Medicare services, and a 501(c)(3) community arm. ShadowNurse convenes a 25,000+ nurse network around digital health, AI, and leadership.
Previously: Clinical Director at GameDay Men's Health (concierge men's health, $40K MRR in 6 months), Medical Affairs Manager at 23andMe (5 years, 30+ NPs), Assistant Nurse Manager at Stanford Health Care, Nurse Operations Lead at Driver, Inc. (first nurse hire, Silicon Valley), and Senior Clinical Trial Manager at Mount Sinai Health System, where she grew the oncology trial portfolio from 5 to 20. Her clinical foundation was built in oncology: as an infusion nurse administering chemotherapy across three NCI-designated cancer centers - Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, the Herbert Irving Comprehensive Cancer Center at Columbia, and NewYork-Presbyterian - and as a Bone Marrow Transplant nurse at Strong Memorial Hospital, University of Rochester Medical Center.
Johns Hopkins-trained (BSN), with graduate degrees from the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai (MS, Healthcare Delivery Leadership), Samuel Merritt University (MSN, Family Nurse Practitioner), and Rochester Institute of Technology (BS, Biomedical Sciences, Cum Laude). Taught at Yale University's Summer Immersion Program in Health Sciences. Published in Nursing Outlook and indexed in PubMed, with original genomics research on NAT2 polymorphisms and sensorineural hearing loss conducted at RIT.
Nursing + limitless.

I grew up in North Creek, New York - a town of fewer than 1,000 in the Adirondacks, where nearly 1 in 5 people live below the poverty line (U.S. Census Bureau, 2023) and good healthcare can be a long drive away. Rural communities like mine are some of the hardest places in the country to get care - 43 million Americans live in areas without enough primary care (Commonwealth Fund, 2025) - and the people in them are some of the most resilient, hardest-working I know. That's not something I read about in a journal; it's where I'm from. It's why I've spent my career building care that reaches further: remote clinical teams, preventive health, and the ShadowNurse non-profit. I'm proud of where I come from, and the people there are exactly who I'm building for.
